Gripped by the new reality of COVID-19 lockdowns in 2020, limited movement and access to traditional banking halls, BancABC needed a way to give back to its customers and make it a little easier for them.

With people having to stay indoors, access to the internet as a means of gaining information and maintaining some semblance of normality was more crucial than it had ever been before.
The Idea/Solution/Process:
We created the Lockdown Data Promotion, that rewarded BancABC customers for transacting through the many digital banking platforms. Every week during the lockdown, the customers could win a share 50GB of free data. To become eligible for the promotion, they only needed to have transacted twice in the preceding week of the draw.
